If you forgot your password, this guide explains a typical email reset flow and how to keep your account safe.

Email reset flow

1. Open the login screen and select Forgot password.
2. Enter the email linked to your StarHela account.
3. Check your email for a reset link or verification code.
4. Create a new strong password and confirm.
5. Login again using the new password.

Username recovery

• Search your email inbox for “StarHela” registration/activation messages.
• If you used a phone number, check your saved notes or screenshots.
• If available inside the app/site, use a recover username feature.

Security tips

• Use a password manager and unique passwords.
• Change your password if you suspect unusual activity.
• Only download the app from the official app download page.
